They say it's what's on the inside that counts, and that certainly holds true here. Forget the unfortunate first impression the building offers. The food is fantastic. While we've never been to India, the food feels authentic, with the perfect balance of spice and spiciness. They were so friendly, understanding very accommodating of dietary restrictions. The menu had something for everyone and the food was beyond excellent! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that eats a vegetarian or vegan diet or anyone who just loves Indian food. They now also have impossible "meat" options!

Mirch Masala is THE most delicious, authentic Indian restaurant in Billings--maybe even in Montana. The people and the service are lovely. The decor is like a portal to India. I highly recommend this place!
