“My husband, daughter and I had dinner at Tanglewood last night and we had the most wonderful experience. First, our waitress Chloe was so nice and helpful. Second, the food was just fantastic. But at the end of our meal something happened that has never happened to us before. Our tab was paid by someone else in the restaurant. “We waited a bit on MSU’s parents weekend but oh boy was the food worth every minute! I got their Yellowstone scramble and this is the first time in my 40 years of life that I have ever finished my entire breakfast. My husband got the grizzly which was an impressive meal that at his 6’ frame couldn’t finish. My daughter made the “mistake” of getting a double stack of blueberry pancakes with strawberries and ended up having it for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. Great service, friendly staff, amazing breakfast!“

“We stopped in here with a larger group of 7 and the experience was really great. The atmosphere was very pleasant, dark lightning, quality ravens and chairs. Jenny was our waitress and she did a great job! She was on the ball with drinks and making sure we were happy, the food did take a long time to reach our table, 22 minutes wait for appetizers, and a additional 18 minutes for the food, wasn’t anyone’s fault I’m sure they were busy but was rather long to wait for chicken wings and chips salsa and queso

“Stop 4 of 8 for Montana on our Hundreds of Hops self-guided US Hop Passport Brewery Tour Amazing Brewery Race 2025 & what a lovely surprise this stop it was. Yes, technically, a Distillery- not a Brewery.

These guys were in our book, so we stopped in about 15min before close - not really sure what to expect, as the breweries were bogo pints for the most part.

We were advised that we could select from the cocktail list under the same bogo concept & it was explained that drinks must be served by 8pm by law, because of the type of license that breweries and distilleries have. This is also when we learned about the 3 drink policy (& the card that had us so confused from our previous stop was finally explained)

We opted for the lavender lady and the huckleberry lemonade. They were both well-balanced & neither were artificial or chemical tasting. The tart muddled berries were delightful against the lemonade.

The drinks rang sophisticated - without being bougie... this wasn't that strawberry wine from our early years of life, nor was it something you were afraid to drink over the price point.

Coming in at $10 & $12, I'd certainly be ok with full price. I do feel like I'd prefer to come in for drinks, (those hand-crafted cocktails), personally, vs buying the spirits & having to make my own.“

“What can I say about Roost? The chicken is some of the best in town. I particularly love their Carolina Bqq sauce you can get with it. I'm also a huge fan of their salads! The service is always quick for how busy it can get and everyone is usually very friendly.
