“My husband, daughter and I had dinner at Tanglewood last night and we had the most wonderful experience. First, our waitress Chloe was so nice and helpful. Second, the food was just fantastic. But at the end of our meal something happened that has never happened to us before. Our tab was paid by someone else in the restaurant. “We stopped in here with a larger group of 7 and the experience was really great. The atmosphere was very pleasant, dark lightning, quality ravens and chairs. Jenny was our waitress and she did a great job! She was on the ball with drinks and making sure we were happy, the food did take a long time to reach our table, 22 minutes wait for appetizers, and a additional 18 minutes for the food, wasn’t anyone’s fault I’m sure they were busy but was rather long to wait for chicken wings and chips salsa and queso

“We waited a bit on MSU’s parents weekend but oh boy was the food worth every minute! I got their Yellowstone scramble and this is the first time in my 40 years of life that I have ever finished my entire breakfast. My husband got the grizzly which was an impressive meal that at his 6’ frame couldn’t finish. My daughter made the “mistake” of getting a double stack of blueberry pancakes with strawberries and ended up having it for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. “Traveling for work and needed to grab something and head to the hotel. I thought the review photos were nice and the menu was definitely interesting. My coworker agreed to go so we went and ordered. I got a Sergio and a cannoli. The pizza was really good. I enjoyed every bite. My coworker got the pepperoni and in the car he opened the box to check on it and his looked really good. Mine did too when I got to the hotel.

However, the cannoli... not so much. The filling was unlike any that I have had before (not in a good way) and the whole thing had a hint of something minty. Not sure how that happened to be but although not horrible enough to throw in trash as another reviewer did (which that was the reason I had to try it, surely it couldn't be that bad?). It looked like a cannoli but the texture and taste was not what a cannoli in other parts of the world taste like.

“I have the privileged life of having eaten all over this continent and I am humbled to say that this is one of the best meals of my entire life. Top 3 maybe. I arrived adter a day of hiking and still in my gear yet received exceptional service with a smile. A pleasant, communicative, and accomodating wait staff combined with a menu created by someone who understands food better than any celebrity chef you've heard of in a nice, yet not demanding, atmosphere delivered the most sublime dining experience I've had in years. “This was an unexpected highlight of our trip to eat here! After wrapping up an 8 day trip to Montana, we went to the MacKenzie River Pizza Co for a big meal before boarding a plane out. I didn’t think much of it, but once seated and reviewing the menu I noticed how cool the place was!

They have a lot of options for specialty pizza and sandwiches, a large kids menu selection (a huge plus!) and provided a nice list of local beers on tap. I tried a flight of local beers and had the Mackenzie pizza and it was amazing. We talked about how it will definitely be one of our first stops next time we’re back in Bozeman!

“What can I say about Roost? The chicken is some of the best in town. I particularly love their Carolina Bqq sauce you can get with it. I'm also a huge fan of their salads! The service is always quick for how busy it can get and everyone is usually very friendly. Ambiance is fun, it can get a little hot inside during the summer months but all around a great place to grab lunch!“

“We went to Rosa's pizza after visiting The Museum of The Rockies. We are not from Bozeman. We ordered the Jumbo Meat Deluxe pizza and it was bigger than we expected. It was so delicious. My two sons enjoyed dining inside. The enviroment was welcoming amd relaxing. The gentleman serving us was very polite and courteous. The food was served fast. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Bozeman. Thank you Rosa's Pizza for the great first experience visiting Bozeman. “Staff was very nice, the restaurant has a great atmosphere and is decorated well. The food left me wanting more flavor, it wasn’t bad but it didn’t have the Indian spices I’m used to. The dishes my Indian wife and I got were the tandoori chicken and bullet naan. We were told they were very spicy but this was not the case unfortunately. The mango lassi was okay, more watery than I’m used to but flavor was still good. Rice with cumin was delicious.“
