Elevated cuisine, creative menu options, great insight into their sourcing of ingredients and efforts in preparation. I hope to visit Tavern 287 two-hundred eighty-seven more times and I live clear across the country. If you are vegan or vegetarian call ahead and Bruce and the chef can suggest options. “I love this place. I love the staff and love the food. That homemade Queso dip was next level. If you want something tasty, filling and quick, stop at Nacho Mama's Burritos. Next time I return, that is a guaranteed stop for me. We had the enchilada, burrito and nachos. Every dish was spot on.
