Best breakfast. Never burns the eggs. The golden omelet is the best omelet I ever had.

The food here is always amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff very friendly and fun!! This place will knock it out of the park everytime for breakfast, lunch or dinner!!!

Based on the reviews, Ennis Sunrise Cafe serves delicious food that comes out very fast. The breakfast is top notch, with no paper bacon or fake eggs. The hash browns are cooked to perfection, and the pancakes have a secret twist. One meal mentioned is the Mt Holmes, which comes with thick bacon, fresh eggs, a slice of thick ham, and those surprisingly good hash browns, plus a short stack of grandma's kitchen, competition level pancakes. Another option is the 1/2 biscuit & gravy and french toast. The food is fantastic and worth the wait. The chef and waitress are nice and welcoming, and the service is great. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and is family friendly. It is the best spot in Ennis for tourists wanting the west atmosphere.
