This was my first time ordering from Florence coffee company and I am impressed. I got 2 coffees to go at the drive thru and they didn't take long at all to make. The hot drinks were tasty and we didn't have to add any cream or sugar or anything to make them better like at Starbucks. The girls even gave my dog a pup cup! Thank you!
Delicious coffees & drinks!! Service is always friendly and fast. Highly recommend this coffee shop. Love that they are a drive thruOne negative aspect though, and the reason for my 4 star review. They close at 6:30 but I went once at 6:00 and they told me it was too late to make anything with espresso ☹️

I have a couple minor tips / feedback to amp up the quality of oatmilk latte, overall this was a great experience! The customer service was excellent, the woman helping us was informative, kind, and patient as it was our first time there.
