Like Starbucks on both visits there was only one Barista working hard

Worst Starbucks ever! 4 people working, 1 customer in front of me with a Barrista who could not figure out how to use reward points- everyone else actively ignored me - waited over 5 minutes to order and only then because I finally loudly asked if anyone was capable of helping me!
Rude customer service!! I didn't realize not all Starbucks are company owned until today!!
