“My family travel to Butte for my son’s wedding and we found the best coffee place in town. Your staff is extremely personable, hard-working and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and part of the family there. We came every morning the two weeks we were there in Butte and even shared wedding photos with your staff. I picked up a great mug, some stickers and a gorgeous pink hat, I can’t wait to come back. We miss your coffee already your extended family in Ohio.“

“Firetower coffee is Always good! The service is so friendly, and cheerful.
"The Caitlyn" sandwich is so good. So healthy and hearty.
Vegetarian options: They are so friendly about special requests to be vegetarian!
Parking: Depending on the time, you have to pay for parking, which is true to all of downtown, excluding early morning and weekends.
Kid-friendliness: I see kids in here a lot.

“Just visited this place for the first time and I can't give any less than 5 stars. I'm so picky about my coffee and my vanilla latte was the best cup of hot coffee I've ever had!! So many places I've been to lets the espresso burn, or has the wrong coffee to water ratio, or steams the milk too hot, or uses too much flavoring, etc. But here I have no critiques. Also to whoever's playlist was playing on the speakers it was fire“

“This is my go to coffee shop for meetings, business and a quick pick me up in my day, their team is always so cheerful and spot on and just makes my day so much better, whether it’s their demeanour or the way they go above and beyond.
I travel the state for work, and this is one of my favorite city brews“
“Having recently purchased property in the area, my wife and I have been looking for a place to get our hot and cold coffee drinks, having tried more than a few spots we settled on City Brew,for more than a few reasons, besides IMHO having the best drinks around, at every location I have gone to has had knowledgeable people about their profession as well as being some of the friendliest and nicest people too. I highly recommend them if you are in the area.“

“I can’t say enough good about SMC! I drive 15 minutes out of my way to treat myself to her coffee whenever I get the chance! One of the ways I celebrate my Saturday's is going to Sara’s since it’s too far away for me to hit up on the way to work. Her coffee is hands down the best in town. Always strong and made with quality ingredients. She takes her time and always makes you feel seen and special. BEST COFFEE and barista service in the Helena area by far❣️“

“If it ain't FloCo I don't go! These ladies serve up the best white mocha I've ever tasted. I love the rewards program that gifts you a free drink after so many purchases. “Love City Brew, the young lady who was working the morning shift Friday, February 17th, 2023 rude and snobby.Considering that I'm a platinum member I know for a fact that you can put money on my card if I ask. So shutting the window and rolling your eyes and yes I saw you do it. Not very professional when training a new employee.Since I have been going to City Brew since 2007 I also know how my drink is supposed to be made and what it tastes like with one shot and what it tastes like with 2 shots.So thanks for making my drink wrong intentionally.For everyone City Brew is great but not this location.“
“I don't like the new implementation of servers saying "friends" constantly. I don't know you , we aren't friends. If you like ask my name and then we will be on a first name bases. "Friends" is an aweful idea. Wings were awesome and huge!!“

“I used to go here pretty much every day before work when I was working on that side of town a few years ago. Then I moved to a different house and now I go to the one on Euclid pretty much every day before work. There's like 10 different baristas who just know what I want before I even say it. The other day I went twice in one day and got the same barista both times. Humbling to say the least. Best coffee in town tho. Whoever started this place can have my first born child it's the least I can do“

“GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDLY! Chef/Owner Chris made my life so much easier, being celiac. It is really difficult to find gluten friendly restaurants who understand, let alone that are delicious!
I ordered the amazing brisket and eggs, and the lovely waitress said they had gluten-free pancakes and they were excellent, and my goodness they are the best I’ve ever had! He also wiped down the grill
for me! They also have GF bread that’s very good.
On top of it, there’s no upcharge for gluten-free substitutions, which is unheard of, and that’s so nice because we can’t help it. Plus the coffee is great and they offer oat milk.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful dining experience. This is my go-to spot in Helena now!

“We love stopping into Bagel Co. for a bite of food and coffee. It's been one of my favorites for taking my kiddo's out or coffee with friends. The staff is friendly, the store is always clean, and they have the best fresh bagels. They also have the best cream cheese flavors. Where else can you buy your kiddo a garlic bagel with strawberry cream cheese? ? You don't have to be adventurous to enjoy Bagel Co. Grab a fresh Bagel and coffee. You won't regret it.“

“So far as of lately, it doesn’t matter the time of day or night. Or if I’m a regular customer, to being a DoorDasher. This location has been nice and kind towards me. If they mess something up, they instantly make up for it. I am so happy with my experience at this location.“

“This McDonald’s is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service here no matter the time of day is always awesome, they hardly ever forget anything and if they do it’s usually just some sauce. The food seems to always be fresh and I will forever choose this location!“
