Every time I stop in for coffee in the morning, the wait is over 10 minutes even when I’m only the second person in line. That’s just too long for a coffee shop. The staff is always kind and friendly, but the service speed really needs improvement. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve stopped tipping because of how slow the experience has been.
