I’ve only been to Fort Benton twice. First time we had the best luck as we stopped in for lunch. We were smitten with both the food and our waitress. We returned today on another business trip and there was no question on where we were eating. We made our way to Casa Del Gringo again for lunch and once again it was absolutely perfect! It’s our plan to hit them up every business trip there for divine food and excellent service from friendly folks❤️
Really enjoyed the ground beef burritos here, we love having an authentic Mexican option here in town

This gem of a restaurant has it all...the thoughtful, depthful flavor of the well prepared meals (best Mexican we've had in a very long time!), creative environment, and the personal touch of Josh and Jayna to their guests! Well worth the trip from great Falls for us!! This place won't disappoint!!

Casa Del Gringo is a restaurant in Fort Benton. It was a fantastic surprise to find. The chef trained at the Culinary Institute of America and elevates his take on Mexican food to gourmet yet casual heights. The loaded French fries were superb with deep flavor and terrific texture. Homemade hot sauces and freshly made corn chips delighted the table. The service was warm and friendly with attention to detail and easy management of a food allergy. The lunch special was delicious. The tacos (carnitas) are legit and other menu items indicate a genuine commitment to authentic Mexican flavors & dishes. All meals were very delicious with an unexpected flavor profile. It was one of the memorable eating experiences. The server was engaging and witty. Excellent food, drinks, and service. The food has been amazing each time. One of the best Mexican restaurants. This restaurant is a gem for a small town like Fort Benton. It is a hidden gem. It is a surprise gem that is worth a stop.
