“This is a great hotel. The rooms a very big and very clean. Very welcoming personnel at front desk. The balcony is spacious so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening adult beverage. and take in the view. We had a "mountain view" room. This usually means a room in the back looking at nothing. Not here! It's the front of the hotel and has a million-dollar view. Stop looking and stay here“

“While the bedding was clean, the rest of the room showed a serious lack of basic housekeeping. As you can see in the photos, there was a thick layer of dust accumulated along the baseboards, lower walls, and AC/vent unit. It looks like these areas haven't been cleaned in a very long time. It was too late at night to ask for a room change, and I doubted a new room would be any better, so I had no choice but to stay. However, I’m deeply concerned that I’m breathing in all this dust while I sleep. Extremely disappointing attention to cleanliness.“
