I was going to there frequently until the Larry l last year. Service is slow and kind of rude. Like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. The mobile app never works but still can charge my card and take my money. Been late to work more than once because the app didn’t work and I have to wait to order when I pull up to the window and still wake 20 minutes just for them to tell me that haven’t even stated my order. I won’t be going back there again.
I don’t recommend coming in here, the shift leader Addy is a rude inconsiderate unprofessional individual that needs to be trained in customer service. My sister didn’t have a mask with her so she asked for one and they provided one very rudely, I had to remove my mask in order to place my order because the the workers were loud and should could not hear me and I got rudely asked to not remove my mask.
