Have staff that actually know what they are doing. The amount of screwed up orders was extremely sad. The lack of actual customer service given, was heartbreaking. No one working cared at all. I ordered on the DQ app, was given an approximate time for pick up, got there to find out my order wasn't even done. Was asked multiple times if I was Door Dash, when told that no, it was my personal order, the staff seemed to not care. Pick up time was supposed to be 8:14pm, I didn't leave...read full review
