Back in the day I use to order Blizzards, they would come with the flavor and what ever little bits through out the whole dessert. Today I tried the new Blizzard, it was actually good. But at the half way point everything was gone, nothing but vanilla ice cream. No Carmel Fudge, no cheese cake. Just straight ice cream. So sad.
This used to be my favorite location. As of late it's like they are not even trying. Every single order in the past 3 months using Door Dash has been sans the fries. Usually no napkins and no straws. Today the Pretzels were so stale and overcooked that I could tap on them. And somehow it was possible to do this and be cold. It's not just door dash either. drive through orders too! Have staff that actually know what they are doing. The amount of screwed up orders was extremely sad. The lack of actual customer service given, was heartbreaking. No one working cared at all. I ordered on the DQ app, was given an approximate time for pick up, got there to find out my order wasn't even done. Was asked multiple times if I was Door Dash, when told that no, it was my personal order, the staff seemed to not care. Pick up time was supposed to be 8:14pm, I didn't leave...read full review
