We were missing food and our order was wrong. I’ve managed fast food in the past. Quality and accuracy aren’t something you compromise whether it’s the first order of the day or the last like ours was.
Most pathetic looking sandwich I’ve ever seen. The brisket sandwich had two pieces of meat that were mostly fat. Not even a tsp of bbq sauce and two pieces of fried onion. This in a meal for over $13?!!! My husband got the Reuben which used to be huge when it first came out - and it was about as thick as a pb&j. We paid $30 for two meals and two cookies. Not coming back.
