They don’t know how to keep they food up to date so sometime you don’t know if your eating good or bad food
Manager Tyler was unprofessional and rude when asked a question about their new automatic 20% tip policy that was not shared with us when we first sat down, when we were handed our bill, etc…I don’t mind tipping but a heads up would have been nice and that’s exactly what I was trying to explain to the manager. Food was great. This has been our second time here. We were sat near the kitchen area and everyone seemed to work together great. I heard kitchen staff call waiter/ waitresses and say “please” just about every time when food was up for them to get. TYLER was the best waiter we’ve had in a long time. (And we eat out ALOT). Brewhouse offers a unique dining experience with its grand atmosphere and interesting layout, featuring upstairs and downstairs areas, a casino, and a bar nook. The decorations include vintage signs and posters, with a motorcycle hanging from the ceiling, creating a family-friendly environment. The architecture is reminiscent of a Red Robin Restaurant. The staff is friendly and happy to be working there, reflecting well on management. Background music is soft and pleasant, with menus clearly spelling out options and prices. Popular options include the regular cheese pizza, really good burgers, and wings. Diners have enjoyed the All New Blues Cruise Burger and the Afterburner Burger, described as phenomenal and big. Onion rings are thick and delightfully crispy, and jumbo tater tots stuffed with cheddar cheese, bacon, and sour cream are served with BBQ sauce. The food arrives quickly, and the waiting time is acceptable. Servers are friendly and efficient, contributing to a wonderful dining experience. The calamari has good sauce with a light spice. Brewhouse is a good place to grab lunch or dinner without needing a reservation.
