The food was pretty good, but they are deceptive on their pricing. The sign on the wall behind the register clearly says the Buffet costs 12.50 for lunch, and they charged 14.50. I did not leave a tip and may not go back.
We haven't eaten there since the new owners! Mother's day we decided to give it a try with the new owners! it was amazing. They use of corn starch on several of the meats and gravies instead of wheat flour which I am allergic to. For the first time in a long time I was able to have true Chinese food. loved the Cocanut Shrimp and the egg foo young was fluffy and not over cooked! we are going back next time we are in Helena!
I went to the Golden buffet today for lunch with my buddy and we were both impressed. I like giving places that have some negative reviews a try and I was not disappointed. Friendly staff and kick ass sweet and sour chicken.
