We stayed 3 nights and never got our room cleaned. We found housekeeping staff in the hallway to get clean towels, shampoo, soap, coffee. etc. the first day, the housekeeper I found said they were not the normal housekeeping person. I asked housekeeper about cleaning room and was told they would clean our room. came back hours later, no clean room. story was it wasn't on their list and another person told me they don't clean rooms that are stay overs.
