The only strange thing that happened this year is the host didn't take us to our table. In a crowded room, she barely looked up from her phone to point out our table then went straight back to her phone.“

“We always stop for chicken when we come to town. It's always delicious! We always plan for a bit of a wait for a table and a bit more of a wait for food, but the chicken is worth it. Sadly tonight we had a less than pleasant experience. We were able to get a table and order right away, things were looking great. Then we waited and waited and waited... The table that sat down after we ordered got their food. Then we waited and the table next to us that arrived 20 minutes after we ordered got their food. The waitress was friendly and apologetic and told us it would be 7 more minutes. Ten minutes later and over 45 minutes after we ordered our 1 chicken dinner it arrived. The chicken was good as always but we weren't offered any type of recompense for our wait and in fact were given the wrong ticket. Not sure where the error was made but do better Suds Hut! We will be thinking about this experience next time we are in town and may choose to go elsewhere.“

“We really like Last Chance but we noticed the price of Ceasars went up. This would be fine if they were improved and amped up a bit but the olives and asparagus were dry. It puts us off ordering them again. Food is always good though.“

“Always top notch food. They have changed the menu over the years a little. Some changes have been great and others not. Overall I have yo say this is my favorite place to come and have a great dinner.

I usually prefer the new York of filet mignon. Can't go wrong with those. I also like the delicious cocktails on the drink side and the have a great selection of local brews.“

“Food was great. This has been our second time here. We were sat near the kitchen area and everyone seemed to work together great. I heard kitchen staff call waiter/ waitresses and say “please” just about every time when food was up for them to get. TYLER was the best waiter we’ve had in a long time. (And we eat out ALOT). He had our order taken in a timely fashion, we got our appetizer and not long after got our burgers and fries! He refilled our drinks without even asking! Place was getting busy and he was running all over! Give this guy a raise!! Hands down recommend. *****“

“Our server was amazing! She was so sweet and attentive, some of the best service we have received here! However we stood at the door for a very long while the older lady with white hair who was hosting, the bald man bartending were loudly discussing their coworkers using vulgar language for the entire restaurant to hear. Our kids were with us and learned a few new words that morning. It continued throughout our entire meal. I watched their coworkers work circles around them while the both sat around doing nothing and it was hard to watch. I managed a restaurant for years and personally that behavior speaks volumes about the management of the restaurant. The food was amazing, came out hot, and again our server was amazing and we really love the new look of the restaurant!!“

“Disappointing experience, but shoutout to Bobby

I was traveling out of town and stopped at Chili’s because I was really looking forward to getting a Triple Dipper. I placed a To-Go order and decided to have a drink at the bar while I waited.

Unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, and after the bartender brought me my drink and took my order, I felt like I was pretty much forgotten about. They were friendly and talking with other patrons around me, but I couldn’t seem to get their attention again, even when I wanted to order another drink. I ended up waiting almost an hour for my food, and when I finally got it to my car, it was unfortunately ice cold.

I called the restaurant and spoke with Bobby, the manager, and I have to say—they completely changed the experience for me. They were incredibly kind, listened to what happened, and immediately wanted to make it right. They even asked me to come back so they could personally remake my food and make sure I was taken care of.

I was traveling away from my family, and this was honestly the one little thing I had been looking forward to, so I really appreciated how much care Bobby put into fixing the situation. They treated me with kindness and made sure I left feeling taken care of.

The initial experience definitely wasn’t what I expected, but Bobby’s response deserves recognition. Things happen, and what stood out to me was that when I brought it up, they genuinely cared and made it right. ❤“
