The only strange thing that happened this year is the host didn't take us to our table. In a crowded room, she barely looked up from her phone to point out our table then went straight back to her phone.“

“We always stop for chicken when we come to town. It's always delicious! We always plan for a bit of a wait for a table and a bit more of a wait for food, but the chicken is worth it. Sadly tonight we had a less than pleasant experience. We were able to get a table and order right away, things were looking great. Then we waited and waited and waited... The table that sat down after we ordered got their food. Then we waited and the table next to us that arrived 20 minutes after we ordered got their food. The waitress was friendly and apologetic and told us it would be 7 more minutes. Ten minutes later and over 45 minutes after we ordered our 1 chicken dinner it arrived. The chicken was good as always but we weren't offered any type of recompense for our wait and in fact were given the wrong ticket. Not sure where the error was made but do better Suds Hut! We will be thinking about this experience next time we are in town and may choose to go elsewhere.“

“Food was great. This has been our second time here. We were sat near the kitchen area and everyone seemed to work together great. I heard kitchen staff call waiter/ waitresses and say “please” just about every time when food was up for them to get. TYLER was the best waiter we’ve had in a long time. (And we eat out ALOT). He had our order taken in a timely fashion, we got our appetizer and not long after got our burgers and fries! He refilled our drinks without even asking! Place was getting busy and he was running all over! Give this guy a raise!! Hands down recommend. *****“

“Our first time in Helena, looking for a fine dining experience, we found the best. Not having a reservation, in a totally full and happening restaurant, we were quickly seated. Ramona our server was fabulous, accommodating and pleasant. She was moved to another position due to an accident at the bar, so then we hit the jackpot, we were attended by the manager Cyndi. She took care of us as if we were regulars at the restaurant, made us feel like family. Thank you for this wonderful experience“

“A lot of places skimp on the details, but the fries here were seasoned and cooked perfectly, and their ranch dressing is fantastic. Super friendly staff and the burger/beer was really good too. “I was tryin to order online amd was gettin frustrated, so I had to call the store, and come to find out it was turned off, due to short staffing. (No biggy) Anyway JESSE had 2 lines ahead of me, I was put on a brief hold while he finished helping them, (again no biggy) I was able to place my pickup order with him easily. He was absolutely so helpful with my questions, and tryin to do all the things. KUDOS TO YOU JESSE FOR THE ACCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! 2-11-26

“This was the BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had here! It was my birthday, we came for dinner, and the waitress, Coryn, was more than amazing!! She was warm, welcoming, and had a smile on that lit up the room! All the employees came out and sang happy birthday, and kindly the waitress paid for our meal. ♥️ So unexpected! The service was top notch, the food was super good! Hats off to the chef! Also, my margarita was spot on- delic! Highly recommend Helena Chilli's!! If you get server, Coryn, she is phenomenal! She has such a caring heart. I will definitely be going back again! It truly was the BEST birthday I've ever had!! Thank you! 🤗“
