I organized a surprise birthday dinner for my girlfriend and the Highlander went above and beyond for our party of 12. The food, atmosphere, and service was incredible. They created personalized custom menus with her name on them. The band playing that night also sang her favorite classic songs. Thanks for helping me pull off the surprise.
Amazing food, great staff. Full bar. Always accommodating and friendly. And the music! Live and talented local artists! It’s so worth the drive. It feels almost European.

The Highlander | Bar & Grill is a hidden gem in the Helena area, offering a fun atmosphere with great service. The food is amazing, with the best steak in town and delicious turkey from the Thanksgiving Buffet, including the most moist turkey, superb dressing, and amazing turkey meatballs. The wine selection is outstanding, and the curated cocktails are craft quality. Live music adds to the perfect atmosphere. The service is phenomenal and top-notch, with staff who are welcoming and excited to share what they love. The owner and chef personally greet guests, making the experience warm and personal. The food, drinks, and coffee are all delicious. This is an excellent experience with a high recommendation, and customers will definitely return again and again.
