“Great little place that I picked up lunch at. I had the meatloaf with the soup of the day(cheddar&broccoli) & a side of sidewinder fries . All great choices. Waitress was excellent and knowledgeable and I absolutely recommend checking this place out!“
“Loved our stay here! The rooms are cozy and nice considering the age of the hotel. The claw foot bath tub was a great place to soak after a day on the mountain. If your I'm 3 forks area this is a must see location. The restaurant and bar combo down in the basement served cold drinks and delicious hot food. With a gas station right across the street you can get some snacks if you like or some beverages for the road. Only con was how noisy it is a 4 am when the town wakes up, lol they provide ear plugs and I suggest you use them.“

My cousin, lives in Maryland now, and tells me how he still salivates over the thought of the Frontier Burgers Best part, is the employees, always very efficient, attentive and friendly. Best service in The Valley and this is in a bar! Goes to show, great food and service doesn't have to be at a high end place. Well done!“

“What a great place. Even though the storm kept it quiet l, the girls did not let me down. All of them were amazing in their own way, but of course you gotta find your one.Sadie was my favorite and most interactive, even though all the girls interacted in their own way. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town for some more Sadie I did get the sirloin, baked potato, and salad. Sirloin was well seasoned and 12oz!! “Staff was nice, but the food preparation needs help. Ordered 2 sandwiches both with no tomato, both came with tomatoes. Ordered the Buffalo chicken salad, salad came with no chicken ?. For $117 (fam of 7) thought it'd be prepared better. But the prices are on the steep.“
“Great underground bar and grill under the hotel. We came for an early dinner before the rodeo and were one of the only ones there around 4:30pm. The server was nice and quick on getting us drinks. The kids soda plastic cups had cracks in them so they were leaking all over the table. The drink selection was pretty good! Kids had the Mac and cheese which was more like cheesy penne but they both loved it. We had the Sac Burger. Good size burger with all the toppings and fries. Mine was pretty over cooked and dried out sadly. Towards the end the server brought the tab, but one of our party wanted another drink so she seemed a little irritated to have to print a new tab. Bathrooms are small, basically one man or women at a time in their dedicated rooms. I can see when this place gets busier how people might need to wait for bathrooms. I would go back for sure, just some hiccups.“
“My family and I love, Love, Love this place. Great waitresses and the food is wonderful. It is a downhome feeling cafe and obviously people like to stop there and have their meal. The best part of the iron horse cafe and pie shop are their pies. They are wonderful!!!!! They have many gluten free pies as choices and those are so good!!!“
