“The Wheat Montana bakery and deli is a great stop as they have a large bakery with many pastries to choose from. They also have drinks and sodas and breakfast sandwiches. This is also a great place to pick up flour for cooking with and we hear that they do not use preservatives and sprays that can cause gluten intolerances. We don't have any of those issues, but we did find that the food was very tasty and very good if you're staying at the Bridger Brewery. This is across the street by a gas station.“

“We visit Woolzies from time to time, still enjoying its classic Montana charm. However, the ribs can be quite dry, even with sauce, which makes us think they might be prepared in advance and reheated, as the fat on the ribs is cold. It used to be one of our favorite spots because it was truly amazing, but sadly, that’s changed. Perhaps the other dishes are better.“

“I stumbled upon Three Forks Café by chance and enjoyed an exceptional cappuccino, along with a huckleberry scone recommended as a local Montana treat. The turkey sandwich with their special house mayo was exquisite. The staff were incredibly friendly—truly a wonderful surprise in the middle of nowhere. Highly recommended! :)“
