Kim was our server and she went above and beyond to make our meal and overall experience excellent! I have usually had good food from here. i’m not trying to be rude or hurtful to the restaurant but the recent changes in quality have made me think this is going to be reoccurring issue. i got a rib sampler and it was charred. i only ate one rib because it was so hard to chew and rubbery. I could barely cut into it while using a sharp knife. had to use a whole cup of sauce because they didn’t put any sauce on top. fries weren’t seasoned with even salt.
