“Found this gem of a cafe after being ignored by staff at another restaurant. Cheered us up. Ordered the Hillbilly Brunch Filet and Smoke out Chicken Sandwich. So good. Flavors were bright and refreshing. Atmosphere was perfect, anyone who plays John Prime is great. Seating choices. Will be coming back. Staff was great! They have a smaller menu and they do it well.“

“We are from NY, so we know good pizza when we have it. And over the last few years I have developed a sensitivity to gluten. So when visiting Bozeman this week we decided to try Gil’s (came highly recommended).First off, the feel of the restaurant and bar is awesome, music is great, the smell of wood-fired pizza (pine) is incredible, and I can say without a doubt that the gluten free crust is the best I have ever had (and I have had a lot). Met the owner and couldn’t be a nicer guy. If you have the ability to stop by for pizza, salad or a drink…DO IT!!! You will not be disappointed!!!“
“A nice little spot downtown to stop in for breakfast. The staff were really nice and we were seated immediately. The food was delicious and came out in a reasonable time. My only complaint is that the portions were on the small side in my opinion.“
