Great coffee shop! I really liked the lox and the coffee. Takes a bit of time but worth the wait.
Its good coffee and a good environment. They make a great iced matcha It can be a bit of a wait in line sometimes. The food options are pretty basic and not the best value and nothing exceptional. The parking is quite limited. The atmosphere is perfect.
We are from out of town and stopped here for a quick breakfast. The service was fast, the ladies were extremely friendly and helpful and it was a great relaxing atmosphere. Oh, and the food was great!

The Perk on Park is a cozy, cute, and friendly local coffee shop with a chill, pleasant atmosphere. It offers strong coffee, top-notch drinks like iced mochas, vanilla lattes, caramel lattes, and cappuccinos, sometimes with high quality sauces. For breakfast, the food is very good and amazing, with quick service. Menu items include a turkey breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and aioli, the three little pigs sandwich with bacon, ham and sausage on a croissant, the honey biscuit breakfast with egg and bacon, a salmon lox bagel, and bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches described as the best ever. They also have surprisingly good bagels. The price point is perfect, there is more seating than expected, and it's a great stop for all coffee and breakfast needs.
