The food and service were good. But then we used the restrooms. They get my vote for the dirtiest restrooms in town! Totally ruined our dining experience. The thought of going back makes my stomach turn. Nope!

We love Hokkaido! The Ramen portions are huge, well balanced and very favorable.
The sushi is freshly made to order, and comes in so many options from Philly rolls to deep fried. Drinks from Saki to Local draft beers, soda and many flavors of Boba tea.
HIGHLY recommend this place.

Parking: This is center of downtown nightlife, so parking can be difficult. There is a parking garage down the street, free evenings and weekends. It's a safe walk and beautiful area.

Wheelchair accessibility: They can easily accommodate wheelchairs. The streets are fairly accessible as well, but not a lot of handicap parking options.

In for dinner. Have eaten here another time and had horrible service , thought, eh, try it again...Should've picked another place for dinner. Sat at the bar area.... bad idea!

Arrived and sat at 1816 hours. The waitress FINALLY acknowledged us at 1821 hours. She was too busy tending to make drinks for other employees. Not the best, horrible at multitasking..

Ordered 2 rice bowls and a Takoyaki appetizer. The place wasn't too busy either when we arrived. The appetizer came out at 1834 hours and the 2 rice bowls at 1848 hours. 27 frickin minutes for 2 RICE BOWLS? ABSOLUTE BS!!

The server brought food over and didn't hear from her again. Was tending to help bigger tables and get their drinks. Also ran out of water and watched our server walk by it 7 ef'n times without asking! Another wonderful waitress came over, filled it, and printed our bill since our server could give a rats ass. Horrible service!! Their sushi is mediocre at best. Thank goodness our food was good
