Starbucks in Helena

“I was in the drive through and just got a drink. I don't know what was taking so long , it probably wasn't the service it was probably a big order and people need to be considerate when they are ordering a lot and go inside ! I thankfully made my appointment but had no way to get out of the drive-thru.“

“Always very kind and fast service! If I can make one suggestion (and I understand you may not be allowed to do this) please put a sign up saying the tip jar is behind the counter! Your employees are missing out on tips when people don’t know it’s behind the counter and you all deserve to be tipped!“

“This place is quick and friendly. For awhile it was kind of hard to get to do to with construction 🚧 but that as ended for those who don't know. They have seating inside and It's Starbucks so you know the coffee is high quality. They have a small menu for those who want a snack a lighter breakfast/lunch. Parking can be a challenge at times. I think prices are competitive as I have visited other coffee shops around the State. So take a break and enjoy.“

“I don't like the new implementation of servers saying "friends" constantly. I don't know you , we aren't friends. If you like ask my name and then we will be on a first name bases. "Friends" is an aweful idea. Wings were awesome and huge!!“
