Usually yes, I’m Ex employee for 6+ years. Best coffee and great staff , today at 4pm went thru the drive thru drink was really bad. Shots were burnt no almond milk in my 12oz dbl americono pumpkin spice with almond milk. So went back in they remade it.
2nd drink was worse than the first and no milk added, and stirred. Asked for my money back the cashier young man was nice and said ok so sorry but then the drink maker guy came up and was so rude he asked what was wrong told...read full review
