“Came in half past 11, as a large party of seven, none of us had ever been to a Jersey Mike's before. Staff were very friendly and patient with us. The gentleman who took our order, was all smiles. He mentioned this was an unplanned shift for him, so his service being so good was especially nice. The restaurant was very well staffed and everyone was polite and quick. Our sandwiches were made fast and tasted amazing. Great little location.“

“Order a barbecue chicken sandwich. It was prepared well, but it's not my personal favorite. The two employees were young and cheerful. The customers who walked in were also friendly. A client at a table had rested his head down and had fallen asleep, and when he woke up he found a subway gift card in front of him. He was surprised and very happy... That came to show the kind clients this restaurant gets. Great atmosphere of inclusion and respect!“

He was eating his BBQ chips when an employee walked by...he asked him to explain what the "Thinny Chips" were. The employee started to explain that they were a bit thinner and crisper with less fat...when he said, "I'll buy you a bag so you can try them!" Try them we did! They are much more to my liking and I never would have known (or tried them) without his help. Great customer service!“

“Broke down and finally tried Panera Bread that my wife has hyped about for years.

The menu was quite impressive but a bit confusing. Had the toasted Italiano and chicken and wild rice soup. It was pretty good but I found toasting the sourdough baguette made it a bit too crunchy. A good atmosphere and was pretty busy.

Overall a positive experience but was a bit pricey for me for a relatively small serving of a cup of soup and half sandwich.“
