In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Little frustrated because I’ve noticed that every time I order a hot venti sized drink, they always taste extremely watered down to the point there is almost no flavor.
I order the chai latte and pumpkin spice latte often. I originally would order the venti but started ordering the smaller sizes to make sure it wasn’t watered down. Today I decided to try again with getting a venti chai and I got my mom a smaller chai, hers tasted correct and had great flavor and sadly...

My drink and my boyfriend’s coffee tasted very watered down, almost had no flavor or taste to it. Was kind of disappointed as I used a $10 gift card I loaded in the app and didn’t wanna drink it because it had no good taste to it.

As someone who works in a coffee shop where only two people work at a time, and we offer text AND call ins, it is a bit hard to sympathize when it takes 20-30 minutes to get out two drinks. I understand there was one person “at the bar” but again, as someone who works in this field, i don’t view it as an excuse. The lady up front was very nice about the slow work. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to stop by for a quick coffee after work.
