“Wonderful place. The halibut and short rib meal was superb. Our appetizer was 2 huge shrimp, cooked perfectly. Complimentary dessert for our anniversary was a yummy crème brûlée. Drinks were fabulous and the server, Karen was friendly, knowledgeable and truly made us feel special. We will be back to try some other entrees.“

“This is absolutely my favorite place to have a nice dinner! The waiters and waitresses are super nice and make you feel welcome. Drinks are AWESOME and excellent food! Fun atmosphere too. I'm very very much the type of person who feels like the experience is just as important as the food when I go out to eat, and this place has never disappointed me. Strongly recommend this place for drinks and a good lunch / dinner after a fun day in snow or on the lake.“

“Beautiful view! The menu was really slim and prices a bit high for what you got, but the food was tasty! I got the hot chicken sandwich which was crispy. The artichoke dip was HUGE and came with plenty of bread! Service was slow, and they weren’t super busy“

“Logunn cooked me the best personal pepperoni pizza I've ever had (I asked for extra pepperoni and cheese) and I devoured it on sight. Mind you, I should have table manners, but I ate that pizza so fast, it was soooooooo goood. Bartender was really sweet and make the best pizza I've had!“

“Nice RV park. Pleasant managers, beautiful sunrise over the lake. Clean restrooms and laundry room with a fun rec room. Great service having the paddleboards brought down to the lake for us. The huckleberry shakes at the restaurant were awesome !!“

“Good coffee can make an average breakfast experience great. Unfortunately, the coffee here was awful, so it had the opposite effect. It truly was by far the worst coffee I’ve had in years, and our server (who was a delightful woman) was covering all the tables so was too busy to refill our cups even once. Food was okay, but felt like low quality ingredients. Some people reviewed about their fresh bread, but we didn’t see this and I’m 99% sure the toast we got came from a bag. If the coffee was good, we’d go back. But as the food was just okay, we would probably give it a miss.Kid-friendliness: The kid menu is good. My son liked his pancakes.“

“We had a lovely meal and beautiful experience at Schafer’s Restaurant on this past Tuesday evening. The food was delicious, the service was spectacular and the ambiance was great! “Very good fried chicken. My dad loves to get it for family dinner. You gotta call ahead because it take a little while to cook but I'm pretty sure they pressure fry it and that's why it's so good. They also give you some amazing ranch for dipping. Oh and the potato wedges are AMAZING. A little spicy though so plan ahead if you need to feed the kids too“
