First time ever eating at a Popeyes. Mom and I each ordered a tenders meal. The mashed potatoes were good (I got tlit without gravy), the chicken was.....meh. it was double breaded and hard. In all honesty it was more breading than chicken. I would have prefered it the other way around. More than likely I will not be back. I just didn't care for it. The employee was super nice though. Mom has a brain injury so it takes her a min to look at menus and she asks a lot of questions...read full review
The last two times we have shown up (Thursday and Friday) they are closed. Hours say they're open until 6pm on the wall. Both times we got there at 4pm and all the lights are off and there's no staff.
I ordered the shrimp and tenders combo, the worker there acted like it was such an inconvenience that they had to do their job and rolled their eyes. Maybe don’t work at a restaurant if you don’t like cooking food?
