Not gluten friendly despite listing gluten free bagels on their menu. Unfortunately, we waited 20 minutes in line before learning this. Staff were friendly and made their best efforts to accomodate.
I've been a customer for 25 years. When I moved away I still stop for bagels whenever in town. This last visit was disappointing. It wasnt busy. About 4 people at tables. Two groups of maybe 7 in total appeared to be waiting for orders. A guy ahead of me brought his food back stating the order was wrong. I ordered quick, bagels and cream cheese to go. I'm a foodie and in particular a bagel snob! I'm from the east coast where bagels are a way of life. This place- Bagels on Broadway does it right! Old school boiled bagels that are to die for! Highly recommended!
