“We had another 500+ miles left to get home and stopped here Saturday morning.
As we waited in the car, five minutes before opening people began to line up. By the time it opened, there were already 12 ahead of us. I thought to myself, we are in for a treat. The line moved at an acceptable rate considering the people cycling through.
We ordered 8 doughnuts, a great dessert, biscuits and gravy with a good size cake pop. Everything is gluten free
Great stop, just wish it was 500 miles closer. Worth the stop and we will be back when passing through“

“Never had an issue here. The cookies are consistent, I know what I’m getting and they always taste great. The employees actually acknowledge your presence and as an added bonus they act like they care. Which is much better than the familiar eye roll that says “you interrupted our conversation and now you ask for things as if I work here”.“

“I’m a long fan of la petit outer, but today I had a different experience. One (1) of the wait staff was extremely rude without a given reason to be. She was unpleasant, patronizing and snobbish! My friend and I, both older women, stopped at your “ new” location to top off our pleasant walk along the river, with a yummy coffee and treat. But encountered, not once but twice, a very unpleasant wait staff that killed the vibe. She was very rude, to the point we really wondered if we would come back. She was short in stature and wore a tube top with Bib overalls, not that that matters, (other than to bring her to your attention) but her attitude was horrendous and condescending! SHE NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HUMAN DECENCY, OR SHE WAS JUST HAVING A BAD MORNING and couldn’t control her attitude!!!“

“I really love grist ❤️ The pastries are some of the best in town and the bakery is so cute. Staff are always so nice and welcoming and the variety of new and interesting items to try is refreshing! You really never know what they will cook up! You have to try the sando’s as well because they are the perfect lunch! A true Gem of missoula“
“We had the pleasure of working with A.J. and his fantastic CRAVE catering team for our rural ranch wedding in Philipsburg, MT. The wedding food was a top priority and CRAVE did not disappoint. Everyone raved about the food!!! Everything was delicious, especially the Mac and cheese! AJ and his team are so kind, reassuring and incredibly professional. “I initially wrote a review about my experience last Saturday and my stars were not great. However, my interaction with the owner makes an even more powerful statement and he managed to turn an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth to a postive experience in just a short time. Justin cares about his business and his customers and you can definitely tell that even with a couple exchanges. I appreciated his willingness to hear the problems from me direct and also taking the feedback at an attempt to solve the issues that I experienced. That to me is worth more than one bad experience and for that, we will be back to try it again. Thank you Justin!
Prices are WAY off online versus at the restaurant. Wait time is crazy! I ordered 4 breakfast bagels, 1 of which was just egg and cheese. They were out of the pretzels..... It costed me $50 and the wait was over 40 minutes. They made an announcement stating that they deal with raw meat and that's why it was taking too long, but dang. Their jalapeno bagels, was a plain bagel with added jalapenos on top and greasy cheese. It was just disappointing all around.“
