“I had 4 carne asada street tacos. Yes, they are authentic street tacos. Pretty good especially considering we're in Montana. The red sauce is spicy but isn't that hot. I'll be back to try the quesadilla and the birria.
Parking: Parking is tight when busy.“

“Stopped for lunch on 6/7/22. Great service and great food. The chip guy delivered chips and salsa about 10 seconds after we sat down. The food was fresh and delicious and everyone was friendly and gracious. Great family owned business! We will be back!“

“My mom and I are regulars and we absolutely love it here. The food, the atmosphere, the family vibe, everything is just delightful about El Caz. In fact, we are about to go over there now and it occurred to me that I ought to write them a review since we eat there just about every week! 😅“

“Tried this place for the first time last night, Mexican food in Montana can be hit and miss, and this was definitely a hit, I do recommend this establishment, our waiter, who I am sorry can’t remember his name, the guy with the tattoos, was exceptional. :-)“

“Delicious, authentic mexican food. Beans and rice were great. We got burritos, pretty decent size, very affordable. A regular bean and cheese burrito is $7. The salsa is super good. They have specials on certain days of the week. We missed the Chile Verde on Wednesday but we'll definitely be back to try it. Please note, the restaurant itself is in the bar from a side entrance, so the location is interesting. Plenty of seats inside and outside on the patio, patio allows smoking, that's the only downside I would say.
Otherwise, definitely worth the stop. And the food came out FAST!“

“Food is delicious, unfortunately there bags suck. Wouldn’t recommend the tacos, they taste great but they stick to the bag I think because of the heat so when you try to take it out it brings the bag with it an destroys the taco. Definitely recommend the cheese crisp with Chicken though. Food taste great just hard to get it all in one piece.“

“I have been meaning to stop here for years and today I finally had a chance. I had the steak burrito. It was everything I expected from a good burrito restaurant. What made this stand out was the Gorgonzola on the burrito. It really made this burrito stand out.The only drawback to this place is, it is hard to get to, but that is the nature of this part of MissoulaIf I am in the area, I will be back“

“This is a great place for casual or business dining.
The atmosphere is friendly and inviting with plenty of seating. The food choices are nearly endless with both menu items and create your own culinary experience, if you choose.
The staff, in my opinion is the best part.
Friendly greetings and warm smiles abound. They make the ordering process easy and enjoyable. Everyone appears to like their job and that's very nice.
The food is made fresh and you are likely to see some facet of their process as you order wether it be the tortillas being pressed and cooked or the sizzle of the meat on the grill. The base taste is also very good. I say base because your invited to add individual ingredients to your meal during the ordering process.
Prices are competitive for what they offer. Everything is more expensive now so you'll make your own determination of value but I think it's fair.
Checkout is very efficient and you leave with an great smile and the offer to please come again.
I'm very pleased with my Cafe Rio experience and am sure you will be too“
