Although I ordered delivery, the experience was pleasant.
The person on the phone was easy to understand (not always the case nowadays).
The delivery driver was nice and arrived before the ETA.“
“I wanted to take a moment and thank the Pizza Hut crew on North Reserve that's working January 3rd the 3pm to 4pm hour. Yall ROCK!!! I ordered a pizza box, first off the pizza, wings and cheesy breadsticks were done to perfection! The delivery lady was so kind, my mom is battling bone cancer and I had a the pizza delivered for her and my kiddos, the lady brought the pizza in as my mom can't carry it and put it on the stove for her. I don't know your name but I want to say THANK YOU for being so kind. The weather is snowy and nasty and I just want to personally thank you for your kindness. This was the best customer service. God bless you all and pray 2025 is blessed!“
“As I do enjoy eating pizza from here, I will say it is very unsettling however, when an employee ( their usual server guy/ cook) looks as if he is drunk or working with a hangover, serving food. Hopefully this won't be experienced again by anyone else.“
