“Thank you Whitefish Lake Golf Club Restaurant for making mom moms birthday so special! With Coronavirus regulations in place you offered take out food that I was able to plate up for her special birthday at home. You even included a huge free slice of mud pie with a sparkler that she loved. This restaurant and staff never disappoint even in the craziest of conditions.“

“Summit House is a great spot to stop for lunch and a beer when you’re skiing at Whitefish. They have a great list of beers on tap. Very easy to get to, just take chair 1 from the base. Get there early if you want a spot close to the windows that have the best view.

FYI there is no outdoor seating, I’m guessing it’s too cold most of the year to be practical.“

“We loved this little bar!!! My brother, sister-in-law, and myself stayed one night in a little cabin a few miles from Stillwater. We were on our way to hear a folk band at the Clydesdale ranch. We just stopped in for a drink before the event but we ended up eating there instead of at the event. The food was fabulous. The staff was warm & friendly. The atmosphere was perfect. I stuck a five dollar bill in the jukebox and played all my jams until it was time to leave. The folk music event at the Clydesdale ranch was not what we expected. It was very difficult to hear the band over the talking of the crowd, we had a better time at the Stillwater bar, so we ended up packing up our chairs and heading back for another round of drinks and another fiver in the jukebox before it was time to head back to our little cabin for the night. Perfect evening as far as I was concerned. Thank you Stillwater bar!! You saved the night!!“

“Great place! I have been in there a couple times the last week and the kitchen has always pulled through! Taking orders and answering all questions! Fast getting food out and so polite for the craziness of how busy it is going on. Who has been working there is top notch! Thank you for the superb service!“

“Love this place. Have talked to many who wish they would expand the hours after the lifts close. Can’t imagine how much business they are losing because of this. Also a little less fine dining for dinner and add a few more basics to the menu would be helpful.“

“Romantic atmosphere. Would be a great date night restaurant. The upstairs had a cozy cove that would be perfect for an intimate setting or a small group. The servers were all working hard and very friendly. The food was good, but not what we are used to. The red sauces were thin, yet chunky. In other words it was a very loose sauce (needs a spoon) but had large chunks of tomatoes, which we weren’t used to nor do we necessarily prefer. But this comes down to personal preference, and nothing against the chefs. The garlic bread they bring out is phenomenal!“

“My wife's birthday and she ordered The porter house pork chop which outstanding. Melt in your mouth delicious. Lucky her. I ordered the elk venison pork Bolognese. I couldn't tell the difference in taste between the elk venison or pork. Sorry but it was kind of bland. It needed more spice and a richer tomatoes sauce.“
