“Since moving to New Brunswick in July, we’ve tried a few Japanese restaurants in the area, and Sugar Roll has definitely been the best so far. The flavors were authentic, and the ramen was outstanding—the broth was rich, and the noodles were just right. It really hit the spot! The only downside was the meat, which was a bit tough, but overall, this place exceeded our expectations.”

We received our food in a timely manner. The only minor complaint was the skip the dishes, uber eats people taking up all the seats so we took our food to go. “Great Experience! Went there recently just to calm the craving for Good Dessert! They had all kinds of options to make it happen! Tried their "The Lava" Warm Waffle+ Brownie with Nicely topped venilla ice cream! The person at the front desk was kind and patient! Recommend for families and kids they have good sitting space! The ambiance was nice as well! Overall cost-worthy!”

“It's a fast food restaurant! Don't expect a 5 star meal. This being said, to the opposite of approx 85 of their competitors, the ingredient is the food. No ingredients to a French frie!!! A potato, oil and salt.
No Ingredients to a beef patty. Beef, seasoning. Just a thinker that cares.”

Pickles were crunchy and tasty, chipotle sauce was quite spicy, Sofiia was hot, lettuce was very fresh, peppers were good. I like red hot chili peppers, especially their song Under The Bridge.”

“I usually come to this location and receive great service, however, the past few times its been the same ft employee, and she is rude and quite short with her customers, and was wearing a mask with some finger bandaid this time (I'm sure that should clear up who the employee is). Being someone who spent over a decade in customer service, I can recognize good and bad service, and employees who have almost expired at their current job...this one is past due. Good luck guys, it's too bad, because your location has always been a fav of mine!!”

“New to this venue and it's location just in front of "Toys R Us". Attendant working this day was extremely friendly and helpful. Loving wife Pat and I simply wanted a pretzel and were treated to a taste selection. I went with the cinnamon and sugar while Pat went with the salted pretzel.Thoroughly enjoyed my pretzel. Loved the flavour and the chewiness upon each bite. Only, slight problem, was the dipping sauce given on the side was rather hard. Not a problem if a microwave is nearby.”

coworkers farewell. I had the Jenny special suggested by everyone at the table. It was so flavourful. Our server was on the ball every step of the way. She refilled our waters without having to ask, brought us take out boxes again , without having to ask. And when it came time to pay , she had everything well organized. She even gave us a good laugh or 2. Can’t remember her name , I never remember names, but she had a fabulous pair of glasses to go with her personality.
Looking forward to returning to try more of the menu , as we were told that the Jenny is just a starter meal for first timers.”
