not so good experience on Saturday night at the Mountain Rd location. we ordered 3 items and after a long wait my daughter still had not gotten her item so we asked the staff if it was being made yet and after telling them what it was they said it was made but someone else must have taken it (my daughter was standing there waiting the whole time) then they said they actually didn't have what was needed to make her order. so we just asked for a refund, staff member said ok but...read full review
Service is always quick and the staff are always very friendly & accommodating of my brother's peanut allergy. Plus, the ice cream is really good. I reccomend the pecan slide ?

I have been to Bennic since the beginning and it is always super good!! A bit sad that the lemon dip is gone but there is something for every taste. The frozen yogurt has been our favourite for a while now. We always look forward to a good Bennic Ice cream and we come all the way from Salisbury for a taste - it's worth the drive.
