Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Edmundston offers great fast food, always fresh and well-prepared. The dining room is small but clean, and the service is usually fast and polite. The restaurant is conveniently located near a popular gas station. The menu has a good variety of items, including top-notch burgers, chicken strips, and delicious desserts like the famous Blizzard. Customers have enjoyed the 'chicken fingers and fries' combo, noting that it is consistently delicious. However, there have been complaints about the service, with some customers experiencing issues with order accuracy and customer care. The restaurant is also noted for having enough parking and is wheelchair accessible, as the entrance door is on the ground. Despite rising prices due to inflation, the overall experience is still good for a fast food joint, with a meal costing under $15 on average. It would be better if there were options for gluten-free and lactose-free diets.
