I only wish that I could actually pre-order for 11:00 as staff are always there much earlier but that is never an option when placing an on- line order. I always place an order before my 2 hour drive home, so the earlier I could place an order, the better.“

“It’s a fine Wendy’s (good service, good food) but the company really needs to fix the website for mobile devices like iPad. You point it at the nearest location and then go into the menu and it suddenly defaults to the American website with completely different specials. There is no way to keep it in dot.ca instead of dot.com. It’s been like that for as long as I can remember. Maybe the app works better but usually I just want to see the nutritional info to make a decision before stopping in, not actually place an order.

Why even have a website if it is going to show you the wrong country’s menu items after letting you choose a location?“

He made sure everything was prepared correctly and provided excellent customer service with a friendly attitude. His professionalism and positive energy really made my visit pleasant.“

“Last night my fiance and I walked across the city for the DQ. Unfortunately it took us longer than planned and we didn't arrive until 2-3 mins to closing. I was anticipating (rightfully) upset/rude service. It was the total opposite! Everyone was professional and fast, and the manager was extremely polite. We sincerely thanked them for serving us so last second, our fault. I had a small blizzard and my fiance has a shake and they were both absolutely amazing. Of course, we all tipped my Blizzard and not a drip fell off :) A great experience, so glad we made it with time to spare when many restaurants lock the door early. Thank you Northside DQ!“

“Sharan, Hinal, and Raman who made my Handcrafted 14” Large Smokey Maple Bacon Pizza for me did an excellent job. The pizza was delicious. It looked good. The pizza was hot, and covered in extra Alfredo sauce just the way I like it. It was easy to order using the new Pizza Hut app. The staff were fast in making my pizza. They got my order right like they always do. It is an excellent value for the money. The Pizza Hut staff are always friendly at the 1180 Smythe Street location in Fredericton. “Had my first visit to Mary Brown's today. (Order code 13902-004-060-0854A (March 8,2022) The cashier, Makayla, even though it was the busy supper hour, was very helpful on explaining the menu choices. Food was served quickly and was delicious!! Will definitely be returning more visits!“

“Deluxe French fries has been a favorite of mine since I was a child. I love the fresh cut French fries. The coleslaw is delicious, and I like that I can choose battered or breaded fish. The fried chicken is good as well. I've never been disappointed with the food there.“

While waiting I realized my mistake as my vehicle clock had not automatically switched. I saw while waiting that they were closing and cleaning. “I (20 year old female with neurological and psychiatry issues) have a hard time doing certain ADLs (being able to eating out, being one of them) I have mostly always have bad experiences in fast food and restaurant industry. Due to this I mostly never Dine-in.

However I have been trying to Dine-in more at these industry this year and this lovely establishment was one of them today. (May, 7, 2025 at 08:30ish)

I had a lovely and wonderful time ordering my food with a young man with glasses. He was extremely patient and had lovely Customer service.( wish I got his name cause I would love to add it, he was a lovely young man)(would love to find out who he is, if I can)

The food was great and I even could sit down and eat my whole meal without any issues.

I know for a lot of people this means nothing but to me it means so much more than any words I could give. I am normally always apologizing for my issues and just accepting that bad experiences was the treatment I deserve. This place made me feel like I was “normal” even if it was just for a short time I was there.

This experience filled me up with so much emotion that I got in my car and cried (cause this place gave me the respect that all should have).

I don’t know who the young man is (I would love to find out) but you did more than your job today. You filled my life up with hope and happiness.

10/10 will come back“
