“I recently stopped by Harveys and was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. The menu had a good variety of options, and everything looked fresh and well-prepared. I ordered the [BH ANGUS BURGER MEAL ], and it exceeded my expectations — flavorful, hot, and clearly made with care.

What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service I received from Jannat. She greeted me with a warm smile, helped me with my order, and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Her friendly and professional attitude added a personal touch that made the experience even better.

It's always a great feeling when you walk into a store and feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Thanks to Jannat, this visit was a 10/10. I'll definitely be coming back!

“Last night my fiance and I walked across the city for the DQ. Unfortunately it took us longer than planned and we didn't arrive until 2-3 mins to closing. I was anticipating (rightfully) upset/rude service. It was the total opposite! Everyone was professional and fast, and the manager was extremely polite. We sincerely thanked them for serving us so last second, our fault. I had a small blizzard and my fiance has a shake and they were both absolutely amazing. “We try to make an excuse to visit Fredericton every fall for the sole purpose of eating lunch at Smoke's for an order of Holiday Poutine. We love their regular menu of poutine the rest of the year but the mix of turkey, stuffing, peas, and cranberry sauce, that they only offer in the fall, really ramps up the flavor! We felt there was a little too much gravy this year but that did not stop me from eating every single bite of the Wow size order!“

However I have been trying to Dine-in more at these industry this year and this lovely establishment was one of them today. (May, 7, 2025 at 08:30ish)

I had a lovely and wonderful time ordering my food with a young man with glasses. He was extremely patient and had lovely Customer service.( wish I got his name cause I would love to add it, he was a lovely young man)(would love to find out who he is, if I can)

The food was great and I even could sit down and eat my whole meal without any issues.

I know for a lot of people this means nothing but to me it means so much more than any words I could give. I am normally always apologizing for my issues and just accepting that bad experiences was the treatment I deserve. This place made me feel like I was “normal” even if it was just for a short time I was there.

This experience filled me up with so much emotion that I got in my car and cried (cause this place gave me the respect that all should have).

I don’t know who the young man is (I would love to find out) but you did more than your job today. You filled my life up with hope and happiness.

10/10 will come back“

It was upsetting to me tho as a customer to clearly see how the African American Gal was feeling left out with her co-workers and a language from India while they were waiting to serve customers. If you want happy business in which staff turnover is limited, please speak a common language amongst all staff during work hrs. Food for thought!“

“went into this place to get served and by far one of the best managed subways if not the best in the city their manager was the one who served me. She is a lovely individual. Very good food. Very good cookies absolutely pleased with what I got absolutely highly recommend this as the subway location for anybody in the area.“
