“We have always been so pleased with our food and service! I tried the new cauliflower crust pizza, the chicken bacon ranch, and omg!!! Soooo delicous!! Its a must try!“

“The website I ordered from was very user-friendly, payment at checkout and online coupons super easy do as well.

The prices are alright, fairly decent given this inflation of the economy.

For the food: The Chicken Carbonara Pasta was delicious! Hot, fresh, not an undercooked or overcooked noodle in sight. 10/10 for that!

The pizza I had was good, crust done properly and toppings distributed well without the whole thing being smothered in too much cheese. 9/10.

The Garlic Parmesan Bites (32 piece) were absolutely awful. Barely seasoned pizza dough, tasted oily and even the seasoning lacked any sort of halfway decent flavour. 2/10, because the Marinara Sauce was the only redeeming factor here.

Over all, a decent experience, probably will order again to see what else is on the menu. Delivery was very fast and efficient, no complaints on how my order arrived at all. Text alert when my driver was arriving was super helpful so I could meet him at the lobby doors of my building.

“I love Papa John's. I am a fairly regular customer. I hadn't been there since Christmas, which is unusual. So I thought Valentines looked like a good time to return. I called to place my order. To my surprise, no one answered the phone. That was a first. So I went inside. A very exhausted looking young man came out to greet me. This was not the usual camaraderie that I was used to seeing when I would go there. He was clearly trying to find a minute to grab some lunch, and suddenly, I understood why the phone was not answered. So I asked him if he was working all alone and he said, "Yes, every day." I immediately felt badly for him. One of the busiest pizza days of the year and he was working alone. There was no one there to help him, nor even just to talk to. So I couldn't rate the service, nor the atmosphere, as highly as I would normally, because this man couldn't be the effective team member he normally would be. There was no atmosphere, it was just eerily quiet and still. No staff members hollering to one another, helping one another, laughing with one another. It was so sad to see. He did the best he could that day, and he made me some beautiful pizzas, even though he was feeling pretty low. So do better, Papa John's. Support your staff. No staff member should ever work alone in this crazy world.“
