“Why is Tim Hortons always out of stock of things? Half of the stuff I ordered was not possible to fulfill so I had to order other things. This happens often. This hardly ever happens at McDonald's. I've was an engineer in several manufacturing operations, so I know what's involved. This puzzles me.”

“I can’t comment on the atmosphere as I never go in but the drive-through service is always perfect. Fast efficient friendly a lot of other fast food places and restaurants in Woodstock could benefit from following their model.”

“I stopped in for lunch because I don't often have Chinese food. I opted for the buffet.
Now, if I'm being honest, the selection is not big. But, what they do offer is not bad. You will certainly be able to find enough to satisfy your appetite.
The waitress was very good and attentive. You can see she works hard and knows some of the regulars.
The price was reasonable, and the restaurant looked clean.
I was good with my choice of eating here over a fast food choice.

“You get what you pay for—it's McDonald's. The food is decent, served warm, and without much fuss. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating, which is a plus.

That said, I've had quite a few order mix-ups at various McDonald’s locations, and this one was no exception. Be sure to double-check your tray or bag before leaving to make sure everything's correct.”

“So, got Tim Hortons. They had pictures of donuts on their menu, so I ordered 2 chocolate donuts. I GOT two chocolate donut... Holes... “Lovely blonde young lady named Abby made my sub this afternoon, impeccable customer service, and it was put together very nicely. She cracked jokes as she made my sub and overall made my subway experience a delightful one. The other young lady working I believe was also named Abby, she seemed very nice as well, greeted me very politely when I walked in. Much nicer than the bigger short girl with the nose ring they used to have working there.”

“Was here very late tonight half hour before closing time and ordered a lot of food and it was great! The food was very good the gravy was THE BEST very yummy tasting. Never knew KFC had onion rings until tonight ... the girl working there told us and they are the very best tasting onion rings that I have ever eaten. A&W was my favorite Onion rings before tonight but not anymore because KFC Onion rings are by far my favorite now ... WoW so yummy they are. The food was totally amazing tonight here at Woodstock, NB KFC .... But you know what made this decision to go to KFC in Woodstock New Brunswick the best decision was the Wonderful awesome KFC employee was was working the Drive though window tonight ..... she was very patient with us and very kind and offered the BEST customer service that anyone could ask for. She totally ROCKED and I want to tell KFC Woodstock NB location that I don't even know her name but that girl that you had working at your location tonight she deserves 100% kudos ..... she is totally amazing and awesome .... you have a STAR employee there!
She is the BEST! This was the best by far experience that I have ever had in your restaurant or any KFC restaurant that I have ever had at anytime ever before.”
