Ordered 10 piece family dinner. Traveled an hour from location. Did not receive the fries. That's an honest mistake but the explanation when I called there was not very professional. I will say the service when I was there was very good. The Food was good. They offer to replace on my next visit. I just was left with a bad feeling at the end off my call. Therefore I am giving a 3 star.
Fresh chicken 🍗 and nice crews
Awesome, thanks!

KFC serves a delicious, crunchy burger with great taste, but at a slightly higher price point than other fast food chains. The service can be hit or miss, with some staff being friendly and professional, going above and beyond, while others can be cold and unfriendly. The restaurant's cleanliness can also vary, with tables sometimes needing to be wiped down and trash cans overflowing. Customers often find the environment clean and quiet, with comfortable booths for sitting. Overall, the staff's friendliness stands out positively, making the experience more pleasant. However, some customers have noted that the quality of chicken pieces can be unpredictable, with occasional confusion about the cuts. Despite these variations, many find the food tasty and enjoy the overall atmosphere.
