I just had to come on here to thank the man and the woman working tonight Oct 13 at 730PM. They went above and beyond to help us. We went to 3 different subways as previous ones did not have what we wanted. And they treated us very well and due to driving everywhere even gave us a discount which we did not expect at all. You guys made our evening :) just wanted to let u both know how amazing you are. Your customer service skills are through the roof. Thank you once again :) ..
I ordered ahead of time through their app. In the rewards section I had a free cookie for my birthday. The staff also wrote happy birthday on my receipt! Very pleased with my service I required gluten free for health reasons and at this location the man working was very friendly about it they ensured to clean off all surfaces changed gloves and even went as far to wipe off salt and pepper shakers unlike other locations that just change gloves and ocasional knives also did not laugh at me as other locations have in the past they went above and beyond the great service and small gestures really go a long way!
