“I had a great experience last night thanks to Rajwinder Kaur’s excellent customer service. Even though the drive-thru was extremely busy, she handled everything professionally and efficiently. She remained polite, friendly, and served the food with a smile throughout. Her positive attitude and dedication were truly appreciated.“
“The artist working today was phenomenal. Light humored, happy to be there. His subs looked better then a commercial. True care in what he is doing and caring about customer experience. Wish I caught his name, long hair, glasses light build. Tip well!!! And someone give this man a raise. Tony Chitty.“
“Subway at 706 Main Street in Moncton turned out to be a surprisingly solid option during my conference stay. It’s right next to my hotel, so the convenience factor was a big plus. The restaurant itself is small, with just a few tables for two, but it was clean and well-organized. Even though the seating is limited, most customers seemed to be taking their orders to go, so it never felt crowded.
The staff deserve a mention—they were polite, welcoming, and very efficient. Even with a small lunchtime rush, they kept things moving quickly without cutting corners. Everything was fresh, from the bread to the toppings, and the sandwich was made exactly how I asked. It’s still Subway food, of course, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want: quick, predictable, and affordable.
What really stood out was the level of consistency and care. The displays were well-stocked, the prep area was spotless, and the vibe was calm and friendly. If you’re downtown and want a quick bite without surprises, this location delivers.“
“After a dehumanizing experience at the Riverview Coverdale Subway, with no follow-up from Carla the manager, on Guig#213(server)horrible & dehumanizing behavor; I wasn’t sure I’d return.
But trying to be consistent with healthy & affordable meals, I visited Subway 1849 Main St. The restaurant was spotless,(cleanlines is one of the main things I look for in an eatery) the staff welcoming, and Bre, Hasher, and their teammate worked seamlessly as a team. Even Manager Parsha, who was on cash, was kind and friendly, (do I want to make it a combo) he showed where to retrieve napkins, straw etc.
Without Harher even asking or gesturing, Bre handed Hasher what she needed without asking, this demonstrated teamwork & comradery, spoke volumes about their teamwork and respect for each other and their customers.
1. Cleanliness. 2. Respect. 2. Teamwork.
Subway 1849 Main St. has earned a new loyal customer. Thank you, Bre, Hasher & Parsha, for showing that great service still exists.“
“Very nice service, i got exactly what I ordered, i got better recommendations from them.
I was in drive thu to give order these people were never in hurry.
There was a philippnian girl, i am forgetting her name may be say, she was working there and she was very polite while working.
Thank you guys.“
“Love this subway in particular. Staff are always a pleasure to deal even when they are in the middle of a lunch rush. Veggies are always fresh and crispy, bread is fluffy and consistent, meats are good.
Yeah, subway itself isn’t what it used to be like 25-30 years ago.. But just can’t beat a footlong sub with some chips during/after a hard days work.“
