“Trish is an amazing baker who Really listens to her customers. I put in a custom order of raisin buns, but I think will be a winner for her business. The idea came from a bakery in Quebec and not to my surprise….The buns were better, more fluffy and super flavourful. They’re great with tea or coffee warmed up in the toaster oven with real butter, well I’m gonna hit the kitchen for another one ….thanks Trish.“
