“Britney made our wedding cake for us and she exceeded all of our expectations! The cake itself was simple & elegant, exactly what we had asked for. Since we hadn’t done any sampling, we weren’t sure what it would taste like, but it was hands down the best cake either of us had ever had! Britney was also so sweet and easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a delicious treat!”

“This was our first time visiting China Wok from Fredericton. We came on the suggestion of a friend. The greeting and service was exceptionally friendly and courteous. We thought the wonton soup and house soup were both fabulous! My husband loved the spare ribs and the chicken balls were all white meat and not greasy like a lot of the places we have in Fredericton. I have a lot of GI issues and all the places in Fredericton make me ill. I had NO issues with this food and I was VERY happy about that. The chow mein in the dinner for 5 was very good. We only scored the food 4 stars because we didn't care for the flavor of the egg rolls - but that is okay. Not everyone has the same tastes and we loved everything else. We definitely will be back to try other options our next time to Saint John!”

“If you’re looking for an old fashioned, home cooked breakfast, K’s is the place! Unbelievable! We drove by for years - not noticing this restaurant.
The Maritimer’s Breakfast gave us 2 eggs, thick cut homemade bread (white, whole wheat, or raisin), home fries with onions, baked molasses beans, fish cakes, jams/marmalade, endless coffee… no need for lunch today!!!??? All for under $40 (for the both of us). We’ll be back!”

“This will be a special occasion place from now on. It was our first time there and we will go again.
Food: Delicious, filling, Italian. Atmosphere: Nice, but a bit noisy with large groups of people, but bearable. Exquisite music.
Service: Friendly and attentive.
Space: A bit cold.
Prices: A bit pricey.
Waiting time: Fast, only 15 minutes for the main course.
Dish: Scoglio (pasta with seafood = 40$ per serving) and a glass of prosecco = a perfect romantic dinner.
Cost: 2 Scoglio and 2 glasses of Prosecco + 18% tip + tax = 130 CAD
Tip: If you haven’t made a reservation, try to come to the restaurant on a weekday instead of a weekend. Then they have free tables. You can use their website and book a table online. The website is listed in the restaurant information on Google maps. We made a reservation for 7pm at 6:45pm. By the time we arrived from the Hilton, they were already waiting for us and seated us at the table. Definitely a worthwhile place to visit if you have the opportunity and a good reason!”
