The staff seemed disorganized and when we received our order the fries were cold. The dinning room looked like it needed updating. TV mount with no TV. Bulletin board with outdated announcements.The trash cans needed to be emptied and there was trash in the napkin dispenser. In short dining room felt dated and neglected.Again you go to there expecting a certain food experience but it felt like the value had lessened.Sadly I wasn't lovin it
I gave it a low rating due to the fact that our community has long outgrown this badly located (a maze), small, single drive-thru laned, overly busy (at times lined up around the building) restaurant. Want breakfast there a weekend morning? Want something quick on the way to work?Good luck to you. Its so bad there at times i dont even bother going in. We need a new KV McD's. A BIG one, one that's better located and quicker & easier to get in and out of. One with a double drive-thru...read full review
