“I ordered from Pizza Pizza last night and when my pizza arrived it was cheese only for the toppings. I thought that was weird as I ordered 3 meat toppings. I called Pizza Pizza and the gentleman who answered had me check my order confirmation email (I should have done that when I received it) and sure enough, it said cheese only. Now I blamed the website but when you really think about it, it was more than likely an error on my part. That being said. The gentleman who answered offered to send me a new pizza with the toppings I thought I originally ordered for free. Now that is what I call great customer service. Even though the order error was probably my fault, he handled the situation very well and with an outcome that left me very happy and completely satisfied with the service. The very hot and delicious pizza arrived very shortly after my phone call.
I also have to say, I use to order pizza all the time from another pizza place in the area and they were my favourite UNTIL Pizza Pizza moved into the area, Ever since, they are the only place I order pizza and the other great products they offer from. It is always hot, always fresh, always delicious and the delivery drivers are always friendly and polite. The delivery is also very fast and you can track your delivery online, no need to wait staring out the window. I highly recommend Pizza Pizza for the great products they offer and exceptional customer service they have shown me to have.

“I wanted to take my friend out for their birthday, and we decided to go to Vitus Uptown. We didn’t have a reservation, but when we arrived, there were several empty tables. The staff told us they were waiting for a party of 31 to be seated upstairs and instead made us sit at the bar to eat. First off, I’m not a drinker, and I don’t appreciate being seated next to alcohol being poured, especially when there were open tables. Sitting at the bar was uncomfortable, especially since I have neuropathy in my leg, and benches are not ideal for me. We expressed that we would have preferred a table, but they never accommodated us—even after we overheard that some reservations had been canceled. In the entire time we were there, only one of those tables ended up being filled. What made this even more disappointing is that my friend doesn’t get out of the house often. This was supposed to be a special night, and instead, we felt dismissed. When I voiced my concerns, I was looked at as if I was the problem rather than being heard. If we had been seated properly, we would have likely ordered more food and stayed longer, but instead, we felt rushed out. I’ve been to other Vito's locations, and the food has always been great. This time was no exception, and I do appreciate that they validated our parking and provided a complimentary dessert. However, service is just as important as the meal, and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. When people go out and spend their money, they expect to be treated with respect. This night could have been handled so much better.“

“Needs an update . The inside door slams really loudly when the second door opens upon leaning. And the door is very dirty looking. Needs painting. I’d like to see some privacy booths or more of a one on one seating and possibly noise reduction.

Over the last 9-10 orders I’ve placed here, the quality has been impressively consistent — not just in the food itself, but in the overall experience.
