“Just wanted to share my experience: I got an email that my 'dough' was going to be gone if I didn't use it. I went in, just to order something to use up the dough. I couldn't figure out how to access my account, password forgotten etc... The staff was baffled, helped me way beyond necessary, made several calls to HO, still no results and no idea why my dough couldn't be accessed. He spent at least 15 minutes trying to figure out the situation but no luck. He then insisted that I take my order, no charge (even tho it was a few bucks more than my dough). That was totally unnecessary, but I appreciated it & am grateful that businesses like this still exist. Well done Pizza Pizza Quispamsis, you made my day.“

“James was our server and he was amazing. Our autistic daughter spelled her drink and he moved us to another table immediately. The TV that she could see was a trigger for her and when asked he had no issues turning it off for us. Top notch server.“

Popped in last Friday evening with my partner and the Napoli pizza was absolutely spot on, thin crust with just the right amount of tang in the sauce. The place was buzzing but the staff still managed to make you feel like you weren't being rushed, which is rare for a Friday night in Rothesay. If you haven't tried it yet you're genuinely missing out on one of the best spots on the island.“

My dinner never came cheap! but that was exactly what I was shooting for :) for a whopping $110.00 I and my partner in crime, have had enough food to eat at the restaurant, just ate more and there's enough again to feed us tomorrow.....I almost feel like we ripped them off. It was just how I remembered having it years ago from the uptown location, Peter and Nick would sit in the table in the corner, my son and I would visit every time we were in town. We ate the same thing, (spinach lasagne) which is a hidden gem on the menu, and they sat in the same spot. You could tell those guys were proud of their recipes, and they would often offer us a dessert on the house. Fond memories of that place, those people and that food brings me back every time :) Vitos is one of those nostalgic moment places where every bite brings you back to "how is used to be" and I'm so thankful they are still here, still serving up some of the best food New Brunswick has to offer, and the service is always top-notch ❤ I'm glad we spent the money we did and had the experience we wanted ❤ thank you to the family at Vitos, you guys still have it, and your families recipes will always feed the hunger of many souls in NB. I ordered the margherita this time and the crust had that perfect char on the bottom that you just don't find at the chains. The staff remembered my usual drink order even though it had been a few months since my last visit, which is a small thing but it always sticks with me. “On Saturday March 1 /26 I ordered online a large pizza order for a birthday party ($180 ) total when I arrived for Pickup, I was shocked that it was lined up so bad at the staff was so busy and I mean extremely busy. They handled the rush quite well. This was at 4:20 PM. Fast efficient orders. My food was fresh hot and ready. therefore I allowed the staff A $50 tip and the front end fella was very shocked. I said no you guys deserve that and more very well maintained store St. John New Brunswick very very busy and it was handled quite well.“

“I’ve managed multiple franchised pizza locations so I understand firsthand the level of effort it takes to maintain consistency across service and product. That’s exactly why I think it’s worth recognizing what this location is doing right.

Over the last 9-10 orders I’ve placed here, the quality has been impressively consistent — not just in the food itself, but in the overall experience. From the pizza to the sides, everything has been well-prepared, fresh, and packaged with care. That kind of reliability is rare in this industry and speaks volumes about the internal standards you’ve clearly put in place.

The staff has also been a steady presence — familiar faces, always polite, efficient, and focused. They may not be the most talkative crew, but they Hustle and I respect that. Maybe a bit more customer engagement or banter during slower moments wouldn’t hurt, but overall, the flow is smooth.

Out of all my visits, only one order didn’t quite hit the mark — and even then, I wouldn’t call it a failure. It was a timed order, and based on the texture and temperature, I’d guess it was made too early and sat a bit too long. It wasn’t a major issue, just one of those things when timing doesn’t line up perfectly. If you’re not already using heat racks, it might be something to consider —
