Used to be great now every burger meal I have gotten the past two years is wrong. I go through the drive through 99% of the time and I agree with another reviewer that there needs to be a screen on the drive through telecom so we can see and confirm there that it is correct. I've lived in the KV for many years, so I've been to this DQ countless times, and I usually find the food and friendly service very good, just as it was a couple weeks ago. But the place has absolutely ZERO atmosphere due to no TV's anymore, and despite the ceiling being full of speakers, not even music playing. Some may like it that way, but my wife and I do not. How about putting the local KV radio station on just to break the awkward silence? Which to me, stifles conversation...read full review

It's Dairy Queen so you know what to expect and you get it here too. Food was good, as expected. The cashier seemed a bit lost but she might have been new. Service was quick. Price was reasonable.Dietary restrictions: You can warn them of peanut allergies but they cannot guarantee anything. There are lactose free dilly bars. Hopefully those options increase.Parking: You drive. You park. You leave. What can I say.
